Provincial platform
The system is uniformly deployed on the provincial platform, undertakes the local daily communication of the provincial High Court, receives the work reports of subordinates, and coordinates related resources. It can directly command and dispatch the front-end law enforcement forensics terminal and law enforcement vehicle. As the highest command center, it has the highest dispatching authority.
Municipal/county level platform
The second-level/third-level command platform, which is lower than the provincial platform, undertakes the daily communication work of the city/county platform, gives dispatching instructions, directly commands and dispatches the front-end law enforcement forensics terminals and enforcement vehicles, and reports the progress of incident treatment to the provincial command center.
On-site law enforcement forensics system
Including law enforcement vehicle and mobile law enforcement individual system, it undertakes on-site mobile law enforcement, forensics and other police work, executes dispatching instructions, and realizes the uploading of video forensics, photo photographing, positioning of law enforcement personnel, track playback, group intercom, emergency alarm and other functions of law enforcement scene.

Flexible deployment: The law enforcement command and dispatch system can be uniformly deployed on the provincial platform, supporting distributed deployment; Municipal and county-level platforms can also be independently deployed to realize the independent law enforcement command and dispatch of municipal/county-level units.
Hierarchical scheduling: the provincial dispatching station can conduct unified audio, video and data scheduling for mobile command terminals in the whole province; Municipal and county-level dispatch stations may dispatch only mobile law enforcement vehicles and terminals within the jurisdiction of the municipality and county.
Secure and reliable: The system supports HA hot standby. Connect to the VPN firewall and provide VPN encrypted channels to ensure public network data access security. A VPN router is deployed to encrypt data sent back to the vehicle public network. Law enforcement terminals can use VPN link channels dedicated by operators to transmit data, further improving system security.
